When doing upgrades in your home, a lot of people do not realize that the painter should the last contractor in. You will see in this video client (who was a repeat from having their deck power washed and stained) had crown molding done in their home. It is so important to have them pay attention to detail. When most trades (ie: for crown molding) complete their job, it initially looks great, but you have to do prep work prior to painting them. In most cases there will have to be sanded, minor cracks will settle in, caulking , prime and then prime and paint it properly. This will provide a seamless finish.
